If we cannot complete your order or a publisher fails to deliver what was promised in the offer, you will receive a full refund in the form of PressWhizz account credit. This credit can be used for any future order or withdrawn using one of the available withdrawal methods.
Refunds are not issued automatically. If you believe your order qualifies for a refund, you must open a support ticket so our team can review the case. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your account balance.
