Can I cancel an order after placing it?

You may request a cancellation only if the publisher has not yet started working on the order and the order is not already marked as “Publisher working on it.”

If you ordered content through the platform and the writing process has already been completed, the order cannot be cancelled.

If your order has been in progress for an unusually long time and you wish to request cancellation, please contact the support team.

In all cases, cancellation requests must be handled through support and are subject to review.
