Why is my PressWhizz account locked or restricted?

Your account may be locked or restricted for several reasons, including unusual or suspicious activity such as multiple failed login attempts, payment issues, irregular ordering behavior, or violations of our Terms of Service.

Accounts may also be temporarily locked if there has been no order activity for 30 days. This helps us maintain platform security and ensure all accounts remain active and compliant.

These measures are in place to protect both buyers and publishers from fraud or misuse. If you believe your account was restricted in error, please contact our support team for a manual review and assistance with reactivation.
